LABBB APE receives an iPAD

The APE  staff is very excited to announce we will be using an iPAD in our Adaptive Physical Education classes this school year.  We will use the iPAD in a variety of ways such as music for our warm ups, utilizing numerous apps we have downloaded for different exercise classes.

If you have any suggestions for Adaptive Physical Education Apps for our new iPAD would would welcome any and all ideas.

2013/2014 SWIMMING 

APE Swimming classes are back in session. Below is a reminder checklist for what to bring for you swimming class each week.

Mandatory Items

Swim Suit ( Men: Trunks, Women: 1 Piece or a Tankini that covers the stomach)

Towel

Sandals/ Flip flops

Suggested Items

Goggles ( NO MASKS)

Shampoo/ Soap to Shower after class

Swim/ Water shoes
